vision and creativity of Peter Christenson.
Peter selected and cleared the right trees to maximize the view and also planted new ones.
He designed and built a winding stone stairway through impossibly rough, sloping
terrain to the cliff edge, where he created a delightfully original gazebo. He rebuilt and redesigned another outside stairway incorporating the surrounding
nature, and also redesigned elements of our large sundeck.
For each dollar I invest with Peter, the property value more than doubles.
I am very pleased with his skill and the results.

After purchasing our home on Pender Island, our first priority was to create access to the ocean. This was a challenging proposition due to the extremely rugged and sheer drop between our home and the rocky beach below. Moreover, we very much wanted to establish a unique and tasteful access that would blend the natural beauty of the island. Peter Christenson created a series of paths and stairways that accomplished all of our goals. With local stone and timber he used the natural features to wonderful advantage. Peter is not only an excellent builder, he is also an extremely talented "artist".
